Raphael Samson is a founding member of Negi Samson LLP. Raphael is a Notary Public for the Province of Ontario. He is a member of the South Asian Bar Association.

He obtained an LLB at the University of Bombay in 1988, B.G.L. (Bachelor of General Laws) in 1987, and B.Comm with specialization in accountancy in 1985. Raphael obtained a certificate of qualification from NCA in 2008.
Raphael is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada. He is also a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra (India) since 1989.

Raj Negi is a founding member of Negi Samson LLP. Raj obtained Certification of Qualification from NCA, Ottawa in 2009 and was called to the Bar in Ontario in 2010. He is a member of the South Asian Bar Association, the Family Lawyers Association, and the York Region Law Association. He has been regularly appearing before the Superior Court of Justice , Ontario Court of Justice and various Tribunals.

He did his Bachelor of Commerce and Law from the University of Delhi, New Delhi. He got his MBA from the IGNOU, N Delhi, Delhi.
After being called to the Bar in New Delhi, he practiced extensively in Delhi District courts, High Court of Delhi and the Supreme Court of India dealing in Family Law matters, Trade Mark matters, and Civil litigation.
